Tom Kincaid President Tom founded International Turbine Service in 1979. Purchased the Forest Park engine overhaul facility from Aviall and renamed it Dallas Airmotive. Sold both entities to BBA in 1999. |

Jon Holzapfel Vice President and COO Jon started the TPE 331 engine program at ITS in 1987 and later became its president and CEO until resigning in 2001. |

Jacques Ebbo Executive Vice President Jacques started the PT6A engine program at ITS in 1986 and expanded to other Pratt & Whitney programs such as the JT15 and PW100. Left ITS in 2002 as its Executive Vice President for sales. |
Lynn Edgington Vice President - Finance Lynn served as the ITS CFO for 15 years prior to joining TK Aviation. |

Nick Kokoron Vice President and CFO Nick concurrently serves as Vice President and CFO for Kincaid Capital Group. |
Ben Baca Engineering and Sales Manager Ben has 22 years of aviation experience and carries his Airframe and Powerplant license. Served in the USAF as flying crew chief on the Lockheed C130. Worked for Dallas Airmotive for 16 years working primarily on the TPE 331, PT6A and JT15D engines. Before joining TK Aviation in 2005, Ben was the Manager/Chief inspector for the Dallas Airmotive/ITS regional turbine center. |

Michael Perkins Shipping and Warehouse Manager Michael has significant experience in the aircraft engine parts business. Worked for SMB Stage Line for 12 years and ITS for 11 years before joining TK Aviation. |
Lewis Phelps Product Support Manager Lewis has 8 years of aviation experience. Before joining TK Aviation in 2006, Lewis was the Material supervisor and Sales Coordinator for the PT6, JT15D and PW100 engines for ITS. Currently Lewis is the product support manager for the Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell engines. |

Karl Holzapfel Program Manager Karl worked at ITS for over 7 years in various roles as the P&WC Program Manager & Material Sales & Service Manager before joining TK Aviation in 2006. At ITS was responsible for over the counter piece part sales and was also responsible for P&WC Engine sales as the program manager. |
Raymond Randall Sales and Marketing Manager Raymond has over eighteen years of aviation experience. He was the Program and Sales Manager for TPE 331 Component Repair and Overhaul with National Flight Services and was involved with new program research and development in a wide variety of areas including both engine and airframe. He possesses significant experties with aviation sales both nationally and world-wide. |

Carla Crosby Executive Assistant and Office Manager Carla was previously with ITS for 9 years in the same capacity and prior to that for 5 years with SMB Stage Line as their secretary and receptionist. |
