TK Aviation was founded in 2001 by Tom Kincaid, Jon Holzapfel and Jacques Ebbo. All three bring years of experience and an abundance of knowledge to the aviation engine business.

Tom Kincaid Chairman Emeritus Tom founded International Turbine Service in 1979. Purchased the Forest Park engine overhaul facility from Aviall and renamed it Dallas Airmotive. Sold both entities to BBA in 1999. Sadly, Tom passed away in December of 2022. He was an inspiration to all of us and he will be greatly missed. |

Jon Holzapfel President Jon started the TPE 331 engine program at ITS in 1987 and later became its president and CEO until resigning in 2001. |

Jacques Ebbo Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jacques started the PT6A engine program at International Turbine Service in 1986 and expanded to other Pratt & Whitney programs such as the JT15 and PW100. Left ITS in 2002 as its Executive Vice President for sales. |
Karl Holzapfel Vice President and General Manager Karl worked for International Turbine Service for 7 years as their Material Sales and Service Manager before joining TK Aviation in 2006. Karl continues to serve in his role as the P&WC Program Manager. |

Nick Kokoron Vice President and CFO Nick concurrently serves as Vice President and CFO for Kincaid Capital Group. |
Angela Ross Accounting Manager Angela joined TK Aviation in 2017 and comes with significant experience in accounting from her over 10 years with International Turbine Service. |

Michael Perkins Vice President - Finance and Shipping and Warehouse Manager Michael has significant experience in the aircraft engine parts business. Worked for SMB Stage Line for 12 years and International Turbine Service for 11 years before joining TK Aviation. |
Lewis Phelps Product Manager Lewis served as the Material Supervisor for the PT6, JT15D and PW100 engines for International Turbine Service from 1999 until he joined TK Aviation in 2006. Currently Lewis is the Product Manager for the Pratt & Whitney engine line. |

Ben Baca Senior Engineering and Sales Manager Ben served in the US Air Force for 4 years as flying crew chief on the Lockheed C-130 before joining Dallas Airmotive/ITS Regional Turbine Center for 16 years - working primarily on TPE 331, PT6A and JT15D engines as their Manager/Chief Inspector. Ben joined TK Aviation in 2005, continues his duties as Manager/Chief Inspector for DFW Turbine Service, carries his Airframe and Powerplant license, and does sales for the TPE 331 program. |
Wes Holzapfel ERJ Program Manager, Wes is the newest member of our team, having joined us in 2019. He has served for 12 years, and continues to serve in the US Navy Reserve as a public affairs officer. Wes spearheaded our newest ERJ program while also assisting accounting and the warehouse. |

Carla Crosby Executive Assistant and Office Manager Carla was previously with International Turbine Service for 9 years in the same capacity and prior to that for 5 years with SMB Stage Line as their secretary and receptionist. |
